Refund & Return Policy

Pricing/Charges/ Fees

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for our events and products are listed on the website. A price quote is sent for our services before your private consultation. If the prospective client is satisfied with their consultation and would like to move forward, their invoice will be sent shortly after which payment is due upon receipt, prior to their session. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method.

Return and Refund for Products

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: [list of items]: Water bottle.

Refund for Services/Events

Donnie's Dots LLC withheld nothing in creating this service for you. We provide a variety of opportunities for prospective clients to experience our company. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on services and events. We have created this policy so that we are both accountable for your success. We are here to support you every step of the way! If you have any questions about the services that are offered, we want to make sure to answer them before you sign up. Please email us any questions at so that we can make sure this is a good fit for you. 

If the Facilitator of Donnie's Dots has notified the Client{s} or Participant{s} via email of a cancelled/postponed service/event, the client/ participant has the option to either reschedule or receive a full refund.
